PanelBase runs its own panel and fieldwork engine — we recruit the members, verify them, keep them engaged and field the studies. No brokered lists, no sample of unknown provenance.

Who we are

One team owning recruitment, fielding and quality end to end

Most sample problems trace back to the same root cause: the people answering the survey were never really known by anyone in the chain. We removed that gap by owning the whole path — recruitment, identity verification, engagement, quota control, quality screening and reward settlement all run on one system.

That means every response traces back to a verified member with a real profile history, and every project runs the same automated fielding logic. When a quota paces slowly or a completion looks anomalous, we can see and act on it in the same place the panel lives.
